Out-of-State Physician Enters an Agreed Order?
OLYMPIA, WA ? In March 2024, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) entered into an agreed order regarding the license of Monya De, MD (Lic. #60861239). ?
De has a California address on file with the WMC. In May 2023, the WMC issued a statement of charges which alleged De failed to comply with a stipulation for informal disposition.
Under the order, De is required to successfully complete ethics courses, write a reflective paper, pay a fine of $5,000, and make annual personal appearances before the WMC. De may petition to terminate the order in one year.
