Many Delawareans already know Jacqueline Means as the STEM Queen. At just 12 years old (!!), she founded The Girls Empowerment STEM Initiative to inspire other young women in underprivileged communities through hands-on workshops and guest speakers.

That was when she first met Bethany: “From the moment we met, she saw me, heard me, believed in my mission, and directly supported me.” Jacqueline and Bethany know that in a STEM workforce where only 29% of people are women, young girls need positive women mentors and role models like Jacqueline.
