Dear John,
Endorsements are something candidates for office talk about all the time, but what do our endorsements say about what kind of leader we will be in office? In my case, I think my endorsements say a lot about my values and priorities. You see, I believe that defeating Scott Perry is important, but who replaces him is just as important. I believe we need to elect a Democrat whom we KNOW shares our values, and who will fight for them in Congress.
My endorsements reflect not just my values, but the values of Democrats across the district. I hope that you agree, and that you will consider joining these organizations in supporting my campaign with a contribution before our critical end of quarter deadline on Sunday at midnight.

I am proud to be endorsed by the National Organization for Women, the Latino Victory Fund, CASA in Action, and Second Generation.
I have spent most of my adult life fighting for a woman's right to choose. I started the fight as an activist with the National Organization for Women (NOW), and have stood with NOW ever since. Together, we've fought not just for a woman's right to choose, but also for economic justice, racial justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, and an end to violence against women.
As the only woman of color running for the Democratic nomination in PA-10 , these are not just the priorities I've fought for, many of these issues reflect the challenges and obstacles I've faced throughout my life and my career, and in Congress, I will work hard to remove these barriers so that others do not have to walk the same path.
I am proud to be endorsed by NOW in this campaign, and if these are your values too, I'm asking you to make a contribution to support our campaign. [[link removed]]
I'm not just the only woman of color in this Democratic Primary, if elected, I will also be the first Latina to represent Pennsylvania in the U.S. House . My family immigrated to the United States when I was young. I am proud a proud American who is also proud of my Venezuelan heritage. I believe in the American Dream because my family and I lived it, and I want to make sure that the American Dream is alive and well for future generations of Americans, whether natural born or immigrants like me.
I also understand the immigration crisis in unique ways. I'm not just an immigrant myself, I spent much of my career as an immigration attorney. I understand what we need to do to fix our broken immigration system, and I understand that doing so is important not just for those seeking a better life here, but also for our country, our economy, and our future growth and prosperity.
For all of these reasons, I am proud to have the endorsement and support of The Latino Victory Fund, CASA in Action, and Second Generation.
These organizations are dedicated to advancing values and priorities to which I have dedicated much of my life. These aren't just my values, they are OUR values as Democrats, and in Congress I will fight hard for them.
I can't do that without your help. These organizations have stepped-up to support my candidacy because of my Democratic values, and my long history fighting for those values as an activist, attorney, and elected official and I'm asking you to do the same.
The PA Primary is just a month away, and our biggest fundraising deadline so far is this Sunday at midnight. Can you rush a contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or whatever you can afford to my campaign today? [[link removed]]
Thank you for your ongoing support for our campaign!
With gratitude,
Shamaine
