Hi there,
I was sent this email today. Copying and pasting the entire thing for you:
Jackie,
just a quick reply.
My Move came in January just before my flight to New Zealand. After the long flights both directions, I hurt pretty much every where. After our complementary zoom sessions -- thank you -- I began very conservatively addressing my presenting problems, neuropathy in both feet, ankles, and shins that was progressing and waking me up at night and weakening grip of my hands on my bike handle bars and brakes.
So, I'm about 8 weeks in, adding 1 minute on/ 1 minute resting total workout 15 minutes a day on my MOVE, to my usual 12 miles on my recumbent trainer and about 15 minutes of upper body on my all-in-one and a little bit of free 5lb work to address the old lady bags under my arms. Adding that little bit of work on the MOVE has had these three results:
>While the neuropathy isn't gone, it is MUCH better, and it no longer wakes me up at night.
>My hands are strong enough that I have returned to playing my guitar, ukelele, and piano!!!
>AND (UNEXPECTEED BLESSING) THE SPIDER VEINS ON MY LEGS ARE PRETTY MUCH GONE and the unsightly raised veins are no longer ugly, just a little dark, every day less visible.
At the cost of maintaining sclerotherapy and regular visits to the (awesome) therapeutic massage therapist, both of which temporarily gave relief, the MOVE is worth the cost, and I want it to last mechanically forever.
Sincerely,
Marie
We've been talking a lot about the different benefits of the Power Plate.
We help restore flexibility, power, balance, strength and so much more.
What do you think about what we have been talking about?
What is the one thing that you could fix with your body, that would make the world of difference to you?
And for those of you taking advantage of our pre-price increase promo, what is the one that you want?
Once you know that you want a Power Plate, the fun part is figuring out which one works best for you.
I'm a huge fan of the MOVE, I've been using it for close to 4 years. But my family wants a bigger surface area to do as much as possible on.
I have two kids who are athletes (in college, going to college), and one very active husband who seems to enjoy hurting himself.
In our home, we need as much Power Plate as possible. The [Power Plate my7]([link removed]) is probably the best deal for an active family who needs "as much plate as possible."
If you have a bigger budget, [the Power Plate pro7]([link removed]) is more powerful and vibrates up to 50hz.
The higher speeds are the massage settings. So if you need deep body therapy and deep body activation for full athletic recovery, the pro 7 is the dream machine.
Either of these are the ones I want next.
Many Pro sports teams use [the Pro 5]([link removed]) and the [Pro5HC]([link removed]).
Elite gyms like Lifetime and Equinox make [the Pro7]([link removed]) available to their members. Try one to feel the difference between max 40hz and max 50hz.
