Oral arguments took place today in the Supreme Court mifepristone case.

The Justices are considering whether mifepristone, the drug used in over half of all abortions in the United States, should remain widely accessible.

This case is a result of far-right extremists targeting not only medication abortion access but also the FDA approvals process. If successful, this would even affect states where reproductive rights are protected.

Let’s be clear: mifepristone is safe, effective, and has been used by more than 5 million people in the United States for abortion and miscarriage care since the FDA approved it more than 20 years ago.

Dem AGs are working in lockstep to protect access to medication abortion, while dangerous Republicans support statewide abortion bans and prosecuting patients who receive care.

The difference could not be more stark. That’s why it is so essential to elect Democratic AGs in 2024, when our reproductive rights are once again on the line at the Supreme Court. Will you pitch in $5 to help us elect Dem AGs and fight back against anti-abortion extremists?
