And thanks to advocates like you, John, we were able to defeat the far-right’s anti-climate, “poison pill'' agenda.

But a bad budget is only one way for far-right Republicans in the House to dismantle the historic climate legislation Congress passed just two years ago. Which is why we need you to continue sounding the alarm. Send a message to your elected official telling them to defend climate progress in the months ahead!

It’s clear the far-right wants to overturn the historic climate and clean energy progress we've made the past few years. Just last week, the far-right launched a volley of bills trying to repeal initiatives like the Methane Emissions Reduction Program and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. Without these essential programs, the U.S. will fall behind in the race to cut climate pollution and create clean energy jobs for Americans across the country.

And that’s only the beginning.

We’ve seen their anti-climate agenda and know we are in for a fight. We need voices like yours to help protect the recently announced vehicle emissions standards, the historic safeguards against methane emissions and so much more.
