The NYIC’s third-annual literary event, An Evening Read, will showcase award-winning authors in a moderated panel discussion providing exclusive commentary on their works as they explore how literature can shape narratives on immigration, identity, and community. The panel will be moderated by Whitney Hu of NYIC member organization, Churches United for Fair Housing. We are so excited to announce our author panelists for this year: Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, Aya Ghanameh, and Nawaaz Ahmed!
