I think that our so-called “leaders” in government spend far too much time talking and not nearly enough time actually listening to the people that they represent. In my opinion, that’s how we end up with crazy policies like free healthcare for illegal immigrants and 70% tax rates.
During my time in Congress, I’ve tried to be a different - and I hope better - kind of representative. I’ve deliberately focused on the issues that I hear from people about all the time: clean water, border security, and lower taxes, just to name a few.
So, in that vein, I want to know - what issues matter the most to you?
