The GOP just held a closed door meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu as his
right-wing government continues bombing Gaza and restricting humanitarian
aid to Palestinians.

While Republicans are meeting with the man leading this horrific war,
Bernie Sanders is on the Senate floor advocating for an end to all
military support and funding for the war on Gaza. We demand no more U.S.
bombs and no more taxpayer dollars to support Netanyahu’s atrocities in
Gaza.

Netanyahu is creating an unconscionable humanitarian situation in Gaza, as
CNN reports:

Netanyahu’s regime is blocking food, water, and medical aid to Gaza, which
has led to over 1 million people facing starvation.

The last thing any Member of Congress — Republican or Democrat — should be
doing right now is embracing Netanyahu.

Congress and President Biden must wholesale stop considering $14 billion
more in funding for Israel and sending any more weapons to Netanyahu
(Biden has sent over $250 million in weapons to Israel since the start of
this war).

Bernie said this week, “We are witnessing unspeakable suffering in Gaza as
we speak. It’s time for the U.S. to stop asking Netanyahu to do the right
thing, and start telling him what must happen.”
