[link removed] [[link removed]] Hey — you may have missed this in the news, but it’s very concerning. The 5th Circuit, breaking from decades of legal precedent, just upheld a law in Texas that prevents teens from confidentially obtaining birth control.

This is yet another example of extremist politicians limiting access to basic reproductive care and inserting themselves into private medical decisions. We saw it last month when Alabama blocked access to IVF. And we saw it just last week in Congress when nearly the entire House Republican conference advanced a plan to implement a nationwide abortion ban.

It’s time for federal action restoring Roe v. Wade protections, and protecting access to both birth control and IVF. That’s exactly what I’m fighting for, but I can’t win this fight alone. If we’re going to succeed, it’s absolutely critical that we win this next election. Can I count on your support today?
