The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) invites you to join us on Monday, April 1, in Arlington or Harlingen for our 2024 Strategic Planning Sessions!

These collaborative sessions with our licensees and stakeholders are your opportunity to share with us your ideas and opinions about how we?re doing, and how we can improve. Your feedback will help us chart the course for TDLR?s future between 2025 and 2029.

(Please choose a morning OR afternoon session ? no need to attend both sessions, although you?re welcome to do so if you wish.)

Even if you can?t attend our sessions in person, we still want to hear from you:

You can complete our online customer service survey before March 29.
You can present public comments regarding strategic planning during upcoming advisory board and Commission meetings.
Strategic planning questions will be posted on TDLR?s social media pages throughout March and early April, and your responses will be included in our strategic planning analysis. See social media links below.

Ideas and suggestions from strategic planning sessions do make a difference. We make policy and rule changes based on your feedback, and we share your feedback with state lawmakers.?Your ideas can create real change for Texas.
