Judicial Watch: Federal Judges Rescind Discriminatory
Court Orders
“This is a remarkable victory
for judicial ethics, accountability, and transparency. The courts did the
right thing in acknowledging and correcting their mistakes in a public way.
We are hopeful that this quick and decisive result sends a signal to any
other courts to end any ‘woke’ policies that perpetuate discrimination

200,000 Deportation Cases Dismissed after DHS Fails to
File Paperwork with Immigration Courts
In the latest border-related
security lapse to rock the Biden administration, hundreds of thousands of
deportation cases have been thrown out by immigration judges because the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), created after 9/11 to prevent
another terrorist attack and ensure the country is safe, failed to file the
required Notice to Appear (NTA) with the court. Without a proper filing

Venezuelan
Gang Entering U.S. via Mexico “Will Unleash an Unprecedented Reign of
Terror”
Judicial Watch
Among the
myriad of detrimental impacts that come with President Joe Biden’s
reprehensible open border policies is the infiltration of Venezuela’s
largest criminal gang, which has battered American cities with its
trademark of gruesome crimes. The syndicate is called Tren de Aragua and it
is operating throughout the U.S., according to both local and federal law
enforcement officials. Last month a Georgia nursing student was brutally
murdered by a member of the gang, 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra, who
entered the country illegally through the Mexican border in the fall of
2022 and was released into the U.S. despite appearing on a Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) list as a member of the deadly gang.
