Last Week, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) released its newest redistricting report, Behind the Lines: Examining Proportional Representation in Redistricting.

The report dives into the problematic concept of proportional representation in the gerrymandering debate, especially considering a recent Supreme Court of Wisconsin decision on the state’s legislative maps.  

New Taxes Coming ... WILL Unveils Tax Calculator Related to Milwaukee Referendum

Recently, Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) proposed a $252 million annual referendum that will raise taxes on those in the city in perpetuity. The question will be put to voters on the April 2 ballot.

The district claims that, without the passage of the referendum, a 13% cut in schools and a 26% cut in central office administration will be required. 💰 You can use our new calculator here.
