relief, and aid organizations of all sizes that do immeasurable
good work in God's name across the globe ...



May be forced to SCALE DOWN-or SHUT DOWN-their
operations, as they are unconstitutionally targeted for
de-funding because of their Christian faith.



, Christian Legal Society is standing
alongside religious groups and ministries to oppose this
unconstitutional and immoral regulatory change from the U.S.

Department has proposed, funding and contracts could be denied to
ANY group that has a statement of faith or policies that are true
to biblical values but counter to today's predominantly "woke"
social climate.



That means organizations that protect life instead
of promoting abortion, advocate for traditional marriage and
family, or follow biblical teaching on biological sex rather than
"gender ideology" are at risk of being targeted-and punished!-by
the U.S. government.

dedicated to serving Jesus Christ through the practice and study
of law, the defense of religious freedom and life, and the
provision of legal aid to the needy.



And for nearly 50 years, Christian Legal Society's
Center for Law & Religious Freedom, which is spearheading the
response to this proposed rule change, has defended and advanced
all Americans' inalienable rights to religious freedom and life
in the public square.



This is one of the most urgent-and important-fights
