Mitch McConnell has shaped his entire career around controlling nominations and bending the federal courts to his will, John. Whether qualified or not, his one litmus test for approving a judge was a deep adherence to conservative doctrine, bought at paid for by dark money groups like the Federalist Society.
The best way to stop the MAGA judge movement? RUSH $25 or more right now to elect Democrats to the Senate and stop their dark money plans in their tracks >>> [[link removed]]

Chuck Schumer took a strong stand this week on the GOP shopping court cases to the judges they want, John, and it brought light to a HUGE problem with our federal courts.
In short, the Judicial Conference of the United States -- which is made up of federal judges and help creates the rules around how our federal courts work -- recently voted to approve a policy of "random case assignment" in an effort to stop far-right activists from picking and choosing the judges they want to file cases for .
Majority Leader Schumer spoke up defending the new policy after Republicans, led by Mitch McConnell, attacked the change. Yes, the same Mitch McConnell who has made re-shaping our federal courts a key part of his legacy.
This policy would attack the problem, but we've identified a more direct solution: Nominating and confirming progressive judges who will treat the law fairly instead of these extreme MAGA-Trump judges that McConnell and his GOP cronies ramrodded through the confirmation process.
It's simple, John: Protect our Senate majority with $25 or whatever you can today to block their extremist judge pipeline and protect our rights from GOP assault >>> [[link removed]]

Mitch McConnell fought for decades for one result: The GOP winning fringe court decisions that would never pass Congress or a state legislature.
For years they've targeted their filings to a handful of courts and judges controlled by Trump-appointed or McConnell-confirmed justices . Many of these cases end up at the door of the rigged Supreme Court. Their gameplan is to use the courts to deliver the results they wouldn't ever get in the legislature.
We can't let MAGA Republicans continue to reshape the law for future generations of Americans. We need to end their conservative court pipeline before they go any further.
John: Fuel our work with $25 or more to make sure the Senate stays in Democratic hands and we get the progressive judges we desperately need >>> [[link removed]]
In the wake of Donald Trump's presidency, we've seen hard-right judges stacked on the Supreme Court, federal courts, and state courts across the country, delivering devastating rulings that have weakened voting rights, gun reforms, climate protections, and completely overturned abortion rights.
We must fight back and put more Democrats on the courts. [[link removed]]
The Senate is the only body which can confirm federal judges and as such, Democratic control of the Senate is crucial to shaping judicial appointments. We must ensure the Senate stays in Democratic hands in 2024.
And in the states, we must pour resources into often highly contested judicial races that get little attention, but that have a wide influence on the daily lives of Americans.
Progress Courts PAC is working every day to hold the Senate and help elect progressive judges across the country, and we need your help.
