For the last 50 years, Republicans have been building a foundation to dismantle reproductive rights–from gerrymandering and court-packing to multi-billion dollar campaigns spreading false healthcare information.

Now, we’re beginning to see its repercussions. First, it was Roe v. Wade. Then, it was mifepristone. Then, it was IVF. Next, it will be birth control.

Dozens of states have already begun criminalizing abortion, going so far as to propose abortion travel bans. The bottom line is this: infringement on reproductive rights leads to an infringement on democracy itself.

We have to do everything we can to secure a pro-choice majority in Congress this November. Our district remains a top target, and with Republicans’ razor-thin majority in Congress narrowing even more, they’re going to be spending millions to ensure they keep the House.
