March 25, 2024 ? Docket No. 30024-9-GP-24 (Record No. 17475) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Fall River Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Fall River Propane (Fall River) for authority to pass on a propane cost decrease $0.684 per gallon (Gal) and to increase the Commodity Balancing Account adjustment from a $0.12 per Gal charge to a $0.20 per Gal credit, effective for usage on and after March 1, 2024. The Commission?s approval of Fall River?s rate changes is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.
