My family is a union family. My dad was an IBEW electrician, and my daughter is a public school teacher. I know firsthand the impact the lack of local jobs has on families. When I was young, my dad had to move to Wisconsin for over a year because there were no local union jobs.
That feeling has always stayed with me, and it fueled my work as Mayor to bring good jobs to my community. Now, I’m running for Governor determined to create good-paying jobs for families across New Hampshire.
