These are quotes about District Attorney Fani Willis from Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling in the motion seeking to have her removed from prosecuting the blatantly political case against me, President Trump and 17 others. The judge even went on to say that “reasonable questions” exist about whether she testified untruthfully which underpins his finding of an appearance of impropriety. And yet, despite his withering criticism of Ms. Willis’ behavior and testimony, Judge McAfee has allowed her to continue to prosecute the case now that Special Counsel Nathan Wade has been kicked to the curb. | | |

The targeting of me by Ms. Willis is just one of the several lawfare efforts I have had to contend with once I agreed to help President Trump bring forth legitimate questions about the conduct of the 2020 elections. I’m fighting the California State bar’s effort to have me disbarred. I had to fight the FBI’s improper and I believe illegal seizure of my cell phone, I was forced to deal with subpoenas issued by the hyper-partisan January 6 Committee in the prior Congress not just to me but to my phone company and my former employer as well, and I was named an unindicted co-conspirator in Jack Smith’s federal case against President Trump. All of these lawfare attacks are serious and, frankly, withering. I’ve had to spend over $1 million so far with no end to the legal expenses in sight. I’ve been fortunate to have received donations to my legal defense fund, but the expenses incurred are triple what we’ve raised to the fund. With Fani Willis back in charge of the case in Georgia, I not only have to worry about raising the funds needed to defend myself, I need to worry whether she will accomplish her objective – to put me in prison for years. The judge dismissed one of the counts against me the other day, but eight counts remain and I am facing a potential prison sentence of 57 years. This is banana republic-type stuff, even Orwellian. Willis is coming for me and I urgently need to ramp up my defense efforts. Please help with a generous donation. | | |
