My Republican opponent, Troy Balderson, barely pretends to care about Ohio families trying to pay for prescriptions, child care, and decent housing. He votes against working families to cut Social Security - ensuring that the families he represents suffer. He takes his donations from companies that poison our land and water and pushes the profits over people agenda at every turn.
I care about American families and I understand these challenges, because I have lived them. Congress is the most dysfunctional and broken it has been in decades. We all deserve so much better, and we have to fight to replace do-nothing Trump supporters like Balderson with working people like me who have served this country and will serve again as a faithful representative of the people.
