New Resources Action Items Value Coverage Equity

Dear Health Advocates,

Congress averted yet another partial shutdown by passing the remaining funding bills for this year. Our health care priorities, like pricing transparency, site neutral payments and lowering prescription drug prices were not included in these funding bills, but that doesn't mean the fight is over.

We are also looking ahead to the Mifepristone case to be heard by the Supreme Court this week, which will determine the availability of this medication. We will be keeping a close eye on those proceedings and any relevant information coming from them. We've released a new insights blog on this case, which you can find below!

We also released a new insights blog on Medicaid reform and expansion, along with a new form to collect stories from folks who have personal experience with the Advance Premium Tax Credits in the ACA.
