This week's top stories as SCOTUS hears a medication abortion case.

ACLU Supporter, we'll be in front of the Supreme Court bright and early tomorrow rallying in defense of abortion rights – as the justices hear arguments in the case that could seriously restrict access to mifepristone, a safe medication used in most abortions nationwide.

These attacks are steeped in unpopular, unscientific, and unfounded claims. We're headed to the steps of the Supreme Court with the facts on our side – and the names of over 180,000 ACLU members like you who signed our petition in support of medication abortion.
