Senate Dems Call Protecting Unborn Babies 'Dangerous' and 'Extreme'
by Suzanne Bowdey
"I'm not the same person," a 19-year-old girl known only as #13 wanted the Supreme Court to know. "I regret my abortion so much. ... I think about it every day." Taking the abortion pill "was traumatizing," she says, thinking about the tiny little person she saw. "I just died a little bit. My boyfriend and I miss our baby."

Alabama Restricts DEI in Education
by Joshua Arnold
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a blight on higher education, but it has a simple and effective kryptonite: state legislatures with the courage to stand up and say, "Not with our money!" Florida cracked this code last year, and now they've lent the weapon to their northern neighbor. The Alabama legislature on Tuesday passed a bill (SB 129) that could slash up to $16.2 million annually in DEI spending from university budgets, enough to give about 1,350 underprivileged Alabamans a free ride in Tuscaloosa.

Illegal Immigrants Burst through Border Barricade as Crisis Continues
by Dan Hart
In a vivid reminder of the ongoing security crisis occurring along the U.S. southern border, a large group of illegal immigrants stormed and breached a security fence near the border in El Paso, Texas on Thursday, knocking over several members of the Texas National Guard in the process. Experts say the lack of consequences for illegally crossing the border under the Biden administration is only encouraging further lawlessness.

by S.A. McCarthy
Religious leaders are calling for Europe to return to its Christian roots ahead of this year's European Union elections. by Sarah Holliday
"Finland is the world's happiest country, U.S. drops to all-time low," the New York Post reported earlier this week. This was in response to Gallup's 2024 Happiness Report, which surveyed over 100,000 people in 143 countries. The poll was conducted over the course of three years and asked the participants to rate their lives on a scale of 1 to 10. The results shocked many, as the U.S., in 2024, dropped eight spots and now ranks 23rd overall.

The Devil Loves to Capitalize on Loneliness. But the Lord Said, 'Fear Not, for I Am with You'
by Sarah Holliday
Have you ever felt lonely? Or do you know someone who is? It can be a rather miserable state of mind, often leaving us feeling hopeless, depressed, isolated, and yearning for something more. The way I see it, isolation and loneliness are not quite the same. However, they do often go hand-in-hand and have one primary element in common, namely, that the enemy loves to capitalize on both.
