The Supreme Court, which currently has a 4-3 Republican majority, is expected to determine how to implement Issue 1, the amendment to our state constitution protecting abortion rights that Ohioans overwhelmingly voted for last year. Republican politicians have been trying to overturn it ever since it passed.

This election isn’t just about preserving abortion though. It’s about ending gerrymandering. It’s about protecting voter rights and worker rights. It’s about honoring the rule of law.
