Lesko in the News

Biden and the Democrats’ border crisis has been disastrous for Arizona and the rest of the country, and it’s leaving many of us wondering why they refuse to secure the border.

Biden and the left’s radical energy policies will only help China and harm the American people. Enough is enough!

The radical left has been at war every day on Americans’ appliances, but House Republicans will continue to stand strong.

Lesko in Committee

My constituents do NOT want to be told what car they can drive, what washing machine they can use, what stove they can buy, or deal with any other burdensome restrictions from Biden and the radical left.

This week, I voted “yes” in the Energy and Commerce Committee to protect Arizona and Maricopa County residents and businesses from radical government regulations.

Victims of vaccine injuries, such as the constituent my office has been working with, have been completely kept in the dark and discarded by HHS’s CICP. When my staff recently contacted on behalf of our constituent, we were given no answers and a lot of “I don’t knows.” Ridiculous!

GET THE FACTS: Gas Prices

Gas prices are skyrocketing—let’s talk about it. In January of 2024, the Biden Administration announced a pause on all pending liquified natural gas (LNG) export project applications. This pause harms the future of American energy and leaves our allies who rely on U.S. LNG to turn to countries like Russia and Iran for their energy needs. Meanwhile, the Biden Administration has launched a war on the American energy industry, except for green energy of course, by blocking the court-ordered sale of offshore oil and gas leases and placing insane regulations on American energy companies. As if that was not enough, since he was elected president, Biden has also depleted our Strategic Petroleum Reserve by more than 40% and killed the Keystone XL pipeline on his very first day in office. Make no mistake, President Biden’s America-last energy agenda will only continue to hurt our allies overseas, cost Americans jobs, risk our national security, and take more money out of our wallets when we go to pay at the pump.

Around the District

Team Lesko attended the Glendale Chamber Regional Economic Update to listen to city officials from Surprise, Glendale, and El Mirage discuss new business developments and the future growth of the West Valley.

Image
Team Lesko spoke at the Sun City Rotary Club on the constituent services our office offers as well as what’s been going on in Congress. We appreciate the opportunity to get out in the community and let you know what we can do to help!

Team Lesko attended Coffee with Cop with the Glendale Police Department where community members were able to interact with the local police department and address any concerns residents had.

Casework Highlight

A constituent contacted our office after being unable to get an answer on an IRS refund owed to him. We contacted the IRS, located his tax return, and verified a refund was owed to the constituent. Shortly after making the inquiry, the constituent received the full refund owed to him.
