Perhaps you’re wondering why we have these fund-raising drives every three months?



It’s not just an arbitrary date.



As a registered political party, we have to send detailed quarterly financial reports to Elections Canada.



Reaching these goals every quarter is also important when planning how much we can spend on various items during the year, and set aside to prepare for the next election.



Remember: Apart from the reimbursement of some election expenses by Elections Canada if we reach a certain percentage of the votes, we don’t get any money from the government.



All our activities are funded by our members and supporters.



John, without generous donors like you, the PPC simply cannot exist and has no resources to fight for the principles and policies you and I believe in.



So that’s why I’m asking you to consider a donation today.



There’s only one week left in the first quarter, and we still need to raise $70,000 to reach our goal.
