John,

Even at home, RepresentUs members have jumped into action, because it’s critical that all Americans can stay safe and vote from home this election season.

With that in mind, we invite you to join us for Episode 1 of a six-part, virtual Unrig Spotlight series: Unrig Roundtable: Why Vote at Home Matters Now.

The free online Unrig Roundtable series kicks off this Thursday, April 2nd at 1pm ET, 10am PT. We’ll hear from Vote at Home experts about this powerful reform — and the growing momentum behind it.

Vote at Home is critical right now, and that’s why we’re talking about it. Keep reading for a quick update on what our movement has been up to in the fight for Vote at Home, but first, RSVP for this free online Unrig Roundtable.

When celebrities use their platform to boost our message, more and more Americans pay attention and join the fight. In the last 2 weeks, we’ve already won Vote at Home rights for Americans in 5 more states, and we have 12 states to go to ensure every American can vote from home this election. RepresentUs members made thousands of calls urging lawmakers to protect our public health and our elections — and right now, our plan to tell every American about Vote at Home is taking off with celebrities like Sia, Khloe Kardashian, Sarah Silverman, and Rita Wilson joining the fight.

But real progress only comes when thousands of us work together to educate one another and pressure politicians to protect our public health and our elections. Join us for a conversation with Vote at Home advocates and experts on this crucial reform and how you can support safe voting for all Americans — and stay tuned for more.

In this new, 6-part, live-streamed Unrig Roundtable series we’ll explore ways to support the nation and the movement throughout the coronavirus crisis, learn new tools and strategies to continue to defend our democracy, and most importantly, stay connected to one another and this important work. We’ll hear conversations from political experts and democracy reform leaders and facilitate an interactive Q&A session.

Now more than ever, it’s imperative that the movement convene to share important information, vital opportunities, and concrete skills to support the nation, and unrig our political system. We look forward to sharing in the optimism, community, and patriotism of this movement — from the comfort of our homes.

Stay safe,

Alex Wardlaw
