Over the past 14 years, the Affordable Care Act has helped Oregonians and millions of Americans gain access to affordable health coverage. President Biden built upon the ACA by further lowering premium and prescription drug costs through the Inflation Reduction Act. A record-breaking 21.3 million Americans signed up for coverage through the Marketplaces for 2024.
Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans are vowing to terminate the ACA and strip Oregon families of affordable health care.
