14 years
ago today, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law,
protecting those with pre-existing conditions and expanding affordable
health care for millions of Americans.

But Republicans have been trying to repeal the law and throw millions of
people off of their health insurance ever since — including my Republican
opponent, Eric Hovde.

There are no parts of the law that he supports. He wants to fully repeal
the ACA, including protections for people with pre-existing conditions and
coverage for young adults.

Americans should never have to worry that their elected leaders will pull
their health insurance out from under them.

Affordable health care for people with pre-existing conditions and other
protections under the ACA should be a guarantee. That’s exactly what I’m
fighting for and more.

[ [link removed] ]I’m working my heart out to protect our health care from Republicans
who want to move us backward. If you’re with me, will you sign your name
to my petition in support of protecting the ACA on its 14th anniversary?

Thank you, as always, for taking action.
