Late last month, President Biden visited Superior, Wisconsin, near the border of Minnesota, to announce close to $5 billion in new infrastructure projects across the nation using funds from the bipartisan Infrastructure Investments and Jobs Act (IIJA) that passed in 2021, which was supported by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.

"To date, the Administration has announced over $427 billion in Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding for over 50,000 infrastructure projects across the nation, and has mobilized over $640 billion in private sector manufacturing and clean energy investments in the United States. And, since day one of the Biden Administration, over 670,000 construction jobs and 210,000 clean energy jobs have been created in communities across the country." Read the White House statement following President Biden's visit to Superior, WI.

The IIJA authorizes nearly $973 billion in infrastructure spending, including $550 billion for new projects. Take a few seconds and tell congress to continue to support critical infrastructure projects - NOW!
