Hello ,

I have enjoyed heading up the Concerned Citizens of DFW the last year and a half, and I have some exciting news. We are going to be moving our group into the Metroplex Civic & Charitable Foundation (MCCF), a 501(c)3 organization, where I will be stepping in as the Head of Programming.

The MCCF will be a resource for all of us to stay informed on the local happenings across DFW.  You can find more information at MCCFDFW.org.  As a side benefit, the MCCF is a Member Company of the Metroplex Civic & Business Association (MCBA) which means your MCBA Associate Membership will transfer over.

Also, If anyone you know wants to get involved and join our growing group, please have them fill out the membership information at the bottom of the MCCF home page. We will be building out groups to get some events (happy hours) scheduled as the year progresses. If you are interested in leading one of those groups, please respond to this email and let me know.

Action Items:

1) Get ready for this upcoming May municipal election, then schedule the day you will vote during the first week of early voting starting April 22nd.

 2) Get your Mom, Dad, Sister, Uncle, Friend, or Co-worker who lives in DFW, to join the MCCF for free

Send the below text to 5-10 people who care about the future of the DFW Metroplex:

"The MCCF is a growing group of DFW residents that are focused on a successful future in DFW. Check out their website ( mccfdfw.org ), fill in your information, and answer their survey so they can keep you in the loop."

Thank you all for your support and for your participation.

Regards,

Matt
