EPAC & VIEW PAC Host Alison Esposito (NY-18) in Washington DC


On Wednesday Chairwoman Elise Stefanik and VIEW PAC hosted an event in
support of her good friend Alison Esposito, who is running against Pat Ryan in
NY-18. Alison has a record of putting the safety and security of New Yorkers
first, which makes her the best candidate for the important job of Representing
hard working families in Congress.


GOP women Lisa McLain, Claudia Tenney, Monica De La Cruz, Jen Kiggans, Nicole
Malliotakis, Stephanie Bice, Marianette Miller-Meeks, and Elise rallied around
Alison at the event, showing strength and unity among female members. Alison
has what it takes to defeat failed Far Left Democrat Pat Ryan in November!

Chairwoman Stefanik Releases Statement on Tish James' Attempt to Seize
President Trump's Westchester Properties


On Thursday, GOP House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik slammed Tish James’
latest attack on President Trump – filing to seize his properties in
Westchester, NY. Read Elise’s full statement –


"The weaponization against Joe Biden’s political opponent, President Donald
Trump, is an absolutely unprecedented form of election interference. It is
fundamentally un-American that Tish James and Judge Engoron—without even a
jury—imposed an unconstitutionally punitive nearly half billion judgment
against Trump. And now they are punishing President Trump for exercising his
right to appeal by attempting to seize his assets. The New York appellate
courts must immediately stop this. Otherwise, key businesses—and crucial
jobs—are going to continue to flee our state."

Supreme Court Rules Texas CAN Defend Itself


In another great win, this week, the Supreme Court has allowed Texas officials
to jail and prosecute migrants on state criminal charges – a HUGE loss for Joe
Biden and a win for our national security. Joe Biden intentionally created this
Biden Border Crisis, but he CANNOT PROHIBIT states from protecting themselves
where he has failed.


Earlier this year, Elise proudly signed onto an amicus brief that laid out
Texas’ right to defend themselves from Biden’s open border policies. The
court’s opinion upheld that position.

On Monday, Beth joined NEWSMAX to discuss Special Counsel Hur’s questioning
about Joe Biden’s ability to stand trial due to his mental acuity. Beth stated –


“If he can’t stand trial for crimes he has committed, he shouldn’t serve as
