The current public health crisis has meant that many folks have made the responsible but heart-breaking decision to postpone or cancel their Sexual Assault Awareness Month events -- while others are finding ways to take their events online.

One way to get involved online is by participating in the #30DaysofSAAM Instagram challenge. For the past seven years, advocates, survivors, and supporters have found connection through the #30DaysofSAAM and this year should be no different.

During these uncertain times, we're hoping that this challenge is a way for new and past participants alike to share creativity, hope, and messages of support for survivors.

Here's how it works:
Every day in April we'll provide an open-ended prompt on our Instagram page
Participants respond to the prompt by posting a photo, collage, illustration, digital art, video, or other original content on your Instagram account using #30DaysofSAAM
NSVRC will choose one winner each day to highlight on our Instagram page and send a prize pack as a token of appreciation.
Those who participate every day in April will be entered to win the grand prize.
