The DNC has been hinting at an all-out-war against non-duopoly candidates, and in the last few days, their strategy of subverting democracy has solidified: they are going after our ballot access. According to the most recent articles on the subject, the DNC lawyers view "policing these [ballot access] efforts" as paramount. 







While the DNC has alluded to trying to undermine ballot access for candidates like Jill Stein, these new reports show that this is now their main plan of attack. Fortunately for our campaign, we have a solid ballot access plan.







The Green Party is already on 20 state ballots and, as you read this email, Jill's team is on the ground collecting signatures to ensure we make it in all 50 states. Furthermore, the Jill Stein 2024 campaign gets closer to Federal Matching Funds every day: we expect to get the donations we need to meet the threshold to file for a big infusion of public dollars within the next week!



Friend, we won't let establishment Democrats in the DNC stop us. As our Campaign Manager, Jason Call, put it: "If this is the plan Democrats intend to use, to tie up third party campaigns with trumped up legalese, or to change rules midstream because they are afraid of losing voters to candidates who better represent their values and priorities, I don’t know how that can be considered an exercise in democracy. The Democrats appear to want to kill democracy in order to save it."



We won't let them kill democracy. We refuse to go away or drop out. But we need your help to keep up the fight.
