Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, embraced by medical schools, are discriminatory, divisive and divert critical resources away from preparing future doctors.

Woke social ideology has no place in the classroom and this recklessness could mean life or death in the operating room. Individuals care about the ability of their physician to deliver high quality care, not their political beliefs.

We must evaluate individuals based solely on merit and pursue objective science when treating patients.
