Hi John, once again GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump is talking about cuts to Social Security and Medicare— something he and his party tried and failed to pass during his presidency.

Trump tried to walk back his comments after significant backlash, but we must take his threats seriously.

The GOP has a long track record of trying to snatch away these hard-earned benefits from seniors and his remarks signal that’s only going to continue.

Seniors can’t afford to ignore Trump’s comments because these life-saving programs are important for seniors who are already struggling to make ends meet. Which is why I need you to stand with me and not let the GOP destroy these programs.
