Taking advantage of our city's lack of enforcement of the urban camping ban, they continue to steal public spaces, like Cadiz Street. Meanwhile, Dallas City Council continues wasting taxpayer dollars on broken solutions like "Housing First," which only prioritizes short-term housing (hiding) of the homeless population.
We must address our city's skewed view of the homelessness crisis by spreading the truth of the successes found in centralizing services for the homeless. People who want real help can receive it at a central location, and those who willfully reject help, and the accountability that goes with it, must face the consequences of the law.
Contact your City Council Members and implore them to enact lasting solutions like the Haven for Hope model. Demand they stop enabling the drug crisis and rampant crime in Dallas with their failed Leftist policies!
