The Republican war on science has had a terrible impact on our nation. We’re falling behind the rest of the world because Republican leaders refuse to accept scientific facts.
They’ve restricted stem cell research to appease their fundamentalist base. The future of our species is at risk because of their conspiracy theories about global warming and climate change. Now, they’re literally putting corporate profits over seniors as they ignore the scientific evidence surrounding coronavirus.
This has to stop.
When medical researchers tell us there’s promising therapies for our disabled friends and neighbors, I listen to the scientists.
When climatologists tell us we need to invest in renewable energy to save our planet (and create high-paying jobs), I listen to the scientists.
When epidemiologists tell us we need to take steps to protect seniors from this pandemic, of course I listen to the scientists.
This is one of the best opportunities in the nation to flip a seat from red to blue – that’s why I need your help before our midnight deadline. We can’t flip this seat without your help.
