On March 18, 2024, Employment Security Department filed a CR-102 to amend existing rules for Paid Family and Medical Leave. Amendments to the definition of placement clarify under which circumstances family leave can be taken to bond with a child. Amendments also clarify under which circumstances decisions appealed to the Commissioner?s Review Office will be made available to the public.
