Congratulations to Culver?s of Oswego, the Oswego Economic Development Commission Business of the Month for March [ [link removed] ]. Established by former long-term Oswego residents John and Beth Witcpalek, the Witcpalek family inaugurated and has managed the franchise location since 2000.

From hosting fundraising events for the Oswegoland Senior Center to supporting local schools through Culver?s night fundraisers, the Witcpaleks have made a significant impact within our Village.
