In less than a week, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case to decide whether or not mifepristone – a completely safe abortion pill – will be taken off the market. Friend, we knew that conservatives would never stop at overturning Roe v. Wade. The objective has always been to control women – and that's why the Supreme Court's case against mifepristone comes as no shock.

But we cannot just sit back and do nothing. If the Supreme Court decides to take mifepristone off the market, this move would affect every single person in America, regardless of what their state constitution says. We must fight back!

So let me make myself clear: I vow to never relent in my fight for reproductive freedom. I vow to do everything in my power to ensure that New York remains a safe haven for all those seeking abortions. And I vow to use my position as New York’s attorney general to support and defend people struggling with abortion restrictions in other states.
