John,
It's Tim Alexander. I'm a lifelong Democrat, law enforcement veteran, and civil rights attorney. My values guide everything I do, including winning county Democratic Committee endorsements in this campaign to replace Jeff Van Drew in Congress. Can you take a moment to support my campaign today before I give you the full story? >>
As a teenager, while I was helping my grandparents make arrangements after the death of my father, I was shot at, beaten, and arrested by a group of white police officers in a case of mistaken identity.
