The Supreme Court recently handed Biden a HUGE defeat by ruling that Texas can enforce its law that instructs state police to arrest illegal border crossers.

But just hours after the ruling came down, federal judges intervened to once again block the law from taking effect!

Joe Biden may have intentionally created this crisis, but he CANNOT prohibit states from stepping in to protect themselves where he has FAILED.

That’s why I proudly signed an amicus brief outlining Texas’ right to defend itself from Biden’s open border policies.

But that amicus brief will be much more powerful if it comes from millions of concerned Americans citizens as well.

Remember: Biden’s Border crisis impacts every state, so a victory for Texas is also a victory for every American.

As Texas continues to wage its legal battle against the Biden Administration, I hope I can count on YOU to sign on and show your support.

In the last few years alone, Biden has deliberately FLOODED our country with over 10 MILLION illegals, and his Democrat allies have prioritized their needs over the needs of American citizens.

The consequences of this sinister plot to stack elections in their favor have been nothing short of catastrophic for the American people.

As deadly Fentanyl, criminals, and even dangerous terrorists pour across our wide-open border, authorities in Texas cannot be expected to sit on their hands and do nothing.
