President Joe Biden’s ban on natural gas exports is such a big threat to Pennsylvania’s economy that even some Democrats publicly oppose it.

Pennsylvania’s U.S. Sens. Bob Casey and John Fetterman have formally reproached Biden’s unilateral ban on natural gas exports.

That should come as no surprise. Pennsylvania is already a top natural gas producer in the country. The Keystone State has the potential to be an international energy powerhouse. Yet, Biden’s ban on natural gas exports only hurts our producers and holds back job growth.

Both Pennsylvania senators breaking with the president of their party shows this is a major issue for the future of our commonwealth. And it shows how destructive radical leftist environmental schemes are to the economy.

Casey and Fetterman, in a joint statement, said, “We have concerns about the long-term impacts [of Biden’s decision] on the thousands of jobs in Pennsylvania’s natural gas industry.”

Biden needs to reverse his natural gas export ban immediately.
