Donald Trump is showing us every day what a second Trump administration would look like for the American people: rampant conspiracy theories, fear-mongering and division, political vengeance, and, as Trump himself just confirmed, a national abortion ban.

Still, every indication is that it will be an extremely tough fight to stop Trump from flipping Minnesota red in November. Four straight polls already show Trump tied with President Biden in Minnesota, and the Trump campaign is openly targeting us as one of its key “battlegrounds.”

As Chair of the Democratic Governors Association, I’m doing everything I can to sound the alarm on the dire stakes of this election and the work we have ahead of us. But nothing we do is possible without grassroots support from Democrats like you.

That’s why I’m reaching out today. Our first end-of-quarter fundraising deadline of this critical election year is coming up fast on March 31, and after several slow fundraising weeks online, we’ve fallen behind our budget target.
