Lisa Anderson | Director of Young Adults
I just finished a brutal few weeks between prepping for a speaking event last weekend (four talks in one day), a ton of deliverables at work, house- and cat-sitting (my kitty friend Bonnie), plus getting ready for a trip to California (I’m here now). Most of this time, I have felt “on the edge” of some kind of sickness. Father rested . Consistent sleep and rest are important; without them, we will be sick, weary and ineffective in everything we do. So get your Zzzzs. Meanwhile, I’m off to take a nap.
