New global HIV prevention resource hub goes live!

Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to introduce our new resource hub, which provides easy access to a curated collection of resources and tools to support global HIV prevention efforts.

With more resources and an enhanced user experience, the GPC resource hub has been transformed to meet the needs of Coalition members and others working to accelerate their HIV prevention progress to achieve the 2025 targets towards ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030.

New features include:

  • Smoother navigation and an improved search function

  • A responsive, mobile-friendly design

  • An interactive version of the GPC’s 2025 Global HIV Prevention Road Map

  • Pages dedicated to each of the 40 GPC focus countries

  • A library of hundreds of resources that enables users to browse by topic and filter search results by categories

We’re also happy to announce that the Clearinghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention — the go-to source of information about voluntary medical male circumcision for the past 15 years — has been integrated into our site. The resources from the Clearinghouse are now available through a VMMC filter in the GPC Resource Library.

We welcome your feedback on the new site and recommendations for additional content. To receive updates on the GPC and site additions, follow us on social media and subscribe to our mailing list.

You may access the recordings and presentations using this link: Launch of the Global HIV Prevention Resource Hub; You may also watch an overview video here.

About the GPC

In 2017, a global coalition of United Nations Member States, donors, civil society organizations, and implementers was established to support global efforts to accelerate HIV prevention.  Membership includes 38 of the highest HIV-burden countries, UNAIDS Cosponsors, donors, civil society, and private sector organizations. The overarching goal of the Global HIV Prevention Coalition is to strengthen and sustain a political commitment to primary prevention by setting a common agenda among key policy-makers, funders, and programme implementers.
