We need your help to protect safe and legal medication abortion in the United States! That’s right — after nearly a quarter-century of FDA approval, mifepristone is on the Supreme Court’s chopping block, thanks to anti-choice extremists who claim that the FDA never should have approved the medication in the first place.
This is madness. And it threatens to reverse the longstanding approvals for other drugs as well.
The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the case, Alliance for Hi p pocratic Medicine et al. v. U.S. Food and Drug Administration et al [[link removed]] ., on Tuesday, March 26, and we will be rallying outside, holding a massive scroll of signatures from fed up Americans just like you.
Will you please add your signature to the People's Brief to Protect Mifepristone [[link removed]] and stand up to the bullies who want to continue their campaign against Americans’ reproductive freedom and bodily autonomy?
The nation’s highest court needs to be put in its place, which is to uphold the Constitution and protect people’s rights — not to play doctor or take existing rights away.
