Article II, Section 3 of our Constitution provides that the President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”
While he did that, President Biden succeeded in giving the most political SOTU address ever. It was nothing but a campaign speech and a stunning waste of hard-earned American Taxpayer dollars.
To be clear, the President offers his SOTU on the floor of the House of Representatives – at the invitation of Congress. There’s no reason that we should’ve invited Joe Biden to spew his breathtaking propaganda while (worse yet) actually blaming the American People for the crises he’s caused.
