We've got a situation on our hands that's got everyone on edge. Republican
billionaires are trying to use their wallets to influence our Democratic
primary, and this headline says it all:

whatever you can spare today? Our goal is to raise $2,000 by the end of
the day. It’s a big goal, but it’s important. We need to keep our message
out there and make sure we don't drop the ball when it counts the most.

They're watching us, hoping we’ll fumble the bag. But we’re not about to
give them that kinda satisfaction. It’s time to show them that no amount
of money can sway our community or buy our elections. ​​Imagine the look
on their faces the morning after the election when they realize their
money couldn’t buy our votes or our voices. Picture it, because that
moment of sweet victory is within our grasp—but only if we act now!

The truth is if everyone receiving this email chips in a few bucks, we
could really give Summer's campaign a boost to fight those ads. We're
talking about making a big statement today! Time's flying, and we need to
get moving!  This is how we show the billionaires and their PACs that our
movement, our unity, and our resolve are stronger than their deep pockets!

Think about it: we’ve got 33 days to prove that our community is stronger
than their money, 33 days to keep outsiders from messing with our
Democratic process, and 33 days to make sure everyone hears what we stand
for. And, of course, 33 days to secure a win for Summer and for all of us
who believe in what she's fighting for.
